The UMI Performance Roto-Joint rear control arm bushings replace the soft factory rubber rear control arm bushings on 1965-1988 GM A-Body and G-Body cars. The Roto-Joint combines a polyurethane bushing with a rotational joint, so the rear suspension can articulate freely without binding while still isolating noise and vibration better than a solid spherical bearing. This locates the rear axle more precisely for improved traction and handling without the harshness of a rod end. The bushings are finished in black and sold as a kit. UMI manufactures the Roto-Joint in the USA.

FAQ
What vehicles do the UMI 2999 Roto-Joint bushings fit?
They fit 1965-1988 GM A-Body and G-Body cars. A-Body applications run 1965-1972 and G-Body applications run 1978-1988. See the Vehicle Applications list for the exact years by model.
What is a Roto-Joint?
The Roto-Joint combines a polyurethane bushing with a rotational joint, which lets the rear suspension articulate without binding while isolating more noise and vibration than a solid spherical bearing.
Why upgrade the rear control arm bushings?
Firmer bushings locate the rear axle more precisely than worn factory rubber, which improves traction and handling without the harshness of a rod end.
Are the Roto-Joint bushings made in the USA?
Yes. UMI Performance manufactures the Roto-Joint in the USA.
