The UMI Performance P/N 90058 heavy duty engine mounts for GM G-Body cars replace the heavy factory clamshell mount and locate the small block Chevy in the exact factory position. They are built to work with UMI's P/N 90051 solid motor mounts or with the factory rubber mounts. The 3/16in laser cut steel brackets and Grade 8 hardware are made to handle serious horsepower. Paired with solid motor mounts, they improve responsiveness and help prevent engine movement in tight packaging situations such as large header primaries or turbo setups. Solid engine mounts work best in racing applications and may add noise, vibration and harshness. The brackets are finished in gloss black powder coat and are made in the USA. Note: heavy duty engine mounts may not work with Oldsmobile or Pontiac engines.
