UMI Performance manufactures this front spring line in-house, developed in conjunction with a leading Sprint Cup chassis engineer. The 4051F front springs are wound from 5160 chrome silicon premium wire and carry a linear 530 lb/in rate, which is stiffer than stock for improved performance, reduced body roll, and a lower center of gravity. Ride height is engineered for a 2 inch drop with a standard small block, Pontiac 400, or aluminum head and intake big block Chevy as well as LS power, though lightened cars may require spring trimming. The springs also suit full weight big block applications when a quarter inch nose down rake is desired, and they work well for Auto-x, Pro-Touring, corner carving, and cruising. They carry a durable black powder coat finish and are made in the USA.
