UMI Performance 2nd Gen F-Body front lowering springs are wound from 5160 CrSi premium wire and feature a linear 600 lb/in spring rate. They are stiffer than stock to deliver increased performance with reduced body roll and a lower center of gravity, making them suitable for autocross and Pro-Touring builds as well as corner carving and street cruising. Ride height is engineered for a target 1 inch drop with standard small block or LS power, and lightened cars may require spring trimming. The front springs also suit full weight big block applications when an additional quarter inch of lowering is desired. A tough black powder coat finish protects the springs, and UMI manufactures them in the USA.
