UMI Performance's F-Body and G-Body bump steer kit is designed to reduce or eliminate toe change during suspension travel, commonly known as bump steer. Reducing bump steer improves handling and straight line stability and sharpens overall steering precision. These direct bolt-in kits let the builder relocate the outer tie rod end lower than stock, or higher if necessary. The stud taper is designed for an exact factory fit for each application and is made of 4140 chromoly for strength and durability, with no spindle drilling required. The adjuster is 6061-T6 aluminum hex for lightweight strength and features a hard anodized protective finish. Each kit includes six shims each in 0.125 in, 0.1875 in, and 0.250 in. These race tested kits are designed and manufactured in Philipsburg, PA, and are made in the USA.
