Each short block is deburred, balanced and blueprinted in house at Texas Speed.
The block is fitted with Darton Coyote sleeves. A Ford F-150 5.0L crankshaft with a 3.650" stroke is balanced and paired with Texas Speed forged 4340 I-beam connecting rods, 5.933", 7/16" ARP L19 rod bolts and JE Ultra pistons with .230" wall JE wrist pin upgrade. ARP main studs hold the mains and Texas Speed oil squirter block-offs are installed. The short block ships in a crate on a Coyote engine stand with Royal Purple break-in oil.
