The Texas Speed C8 Corvette LT2 Cast Dry Sump Oil Pan solves the rod clearance problem that stops a 4.000" stroke crankshaft from fitting under the factory LT2 pan. It is a direct bolt-on replacement for the 2020 and newer Corvette Stingray with the LT2 engine and clears up to a 4.000" stroke, the basis of a 427 cubic inch LT2 build, without modification to the block or accessories. Texas Speed developed it as a lower-cost alternative to fully custom stroker pans.
The cast pan keeps the factory dry sump hardware in service: the composite windage tray and pickup, the oil cooler and filter assembly, and all OEM sensors and wiring are retained, and the pan reuses the factory bolts. Because C8 engine cradles vary and the oil cooler can sit close to the crossmember on some cars, Texas Speed includes six engine mount spacers and six transmission mount spacers to correct that clearance when needed. A pickup spacer is also included, and the OEM pickup gasket is reused. This pan does not fit the C8 Z06 or ZR1.

FAQ
What Corvettes does the Texas Speed LT2 cast oil pan fit?
It fits the 2020 and newer Chevrolet Corvette Stingray in 1LT, 2LT and 3LT trim, coupe or convertible, equipped with the LT2 engine. Texas Speed states it does not fit the 2020 and newer Corvette Z06 or ZR1.
Why does a 427 LT2 stroker need a different oil pan?
A 4.000" stroke crankshaft causes severe rod interference with the factory LT2 oil pan. The Texas Speed cast pan is shaped to clear up to a 4.000" stroke with no rod interference while still bolting on like the stock pan.
What is included with the Texas Speed C8 LT2 oil pan?
The kit includes the cast dry sump oil pan, one pickup spacer, six engine mount spacers measuring 30 mm OD by 6 mm thick and six transmission mount spacers measuring 24 mm OD by 6 mm thick. The OEM pickup gasket and factory bolts are reused.
Can I keep the factory dry sump components with this pan?
Yes. The pan is fully compatible with the OEM dry sump system, so the factory composite windage tray and pickup, oil cooler and filter assembly, sensors and wiring all stay in place with no custom wiring or sensor changes.
What are the engine and transmission mount spacers for?
C8 engine cradles vary in manufacturing, and on some cars the oil cooler sits very close to the crossmember with this pan installed. The supplied spacers raise the engine and transmission mounts by 6 mm to correct that clearance when it applies.
Does this oil pan fit the C8 Corvette Z06 or ZR1?
No. Texas Speed lists this pan for the LT2-equipped 2020 and newer Corvette Stingray only and states that it does not fit the Z06 or ZR1.
