The Texas Speed 1-7/8" Long Tube Headers and Catted Y-Pipe Kit is a direct bolt-on exhaust upgrade for the 2019 to 2024 Ram 1500 with the 5.7L Hemi. Texas Speed designed the system to improve exhaust flow and support high-performance Hemi builds while keeping catalytic converters in the Y-pipe.
The headers and Y-pipe are TIG-welded 304 stainless steel. The headers use 1-7/8" primary tubes feeding 3" collectors with an 8 degree merge (plus or minus 1 degree), and the catted Y-pipe includes a flex section and transitions to 3.5" for the connection to the rest of the exhaust. Two V-band clamps and a spacer are included. Exhaust gaskets, header bolts and an O2 extension are offered as add-ons at ordering.
