These Speed Engineering black 2-piece smooth valve covers fit Gen V LT 5.3L and 6.2L engines. The 2-piece design hides the ignition coils under the top section. The covers use proven OE-style baffles and vents, have 3/8" breather tubes, and include two billet oil fill caps along with gaskets and hardware. They are compatible with factory GM "D51OC" (12570616) coils and with factory or Speed Engineering spark plug wires.

- Works with standard GM coils "D51OC" (12570616)
- The factory LT coil connectors are tight on fitment. Swap the factory coil connectors or use the Speed Engineering coil harness for swap installations with a custom harness. Will not work with the factory LT harness without modifications
- Covers are taller than factory at 4-1/4" total height and may not clear certain accessory drives or supercharger applications. Check clearance before installing
