This Speed Engineering conversion bracket narrows the accessory drive on 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L and 6.2L GM truck engines for swaps into older cars and trucks with tight frames or engine bays. It rotates the alternator 180°, moves the power steering pump into a tighter position, and replaces the bulky factory aluminum bracket. The repositioned alternator allows several combinations of LS car and truck intake manifolds.
The kit reuses the factory truck alternator, power steering pump, and idler pulley, so no aftermarket alternator or pump is needed. All hardware is included.
