The QA1 Proma Star strut is a double-adjustable inverted monotube strut for 1979-1993 Ford Mustang, suited to both street and race use. The inverted design uses a large diameter shaft that resists side loading for consistent performance under hard cornering and braking, while the lightweight threaded aluminum body reduces unsprung weight. Rebound and compression are tuned independently with an 18 position knob at the top of the strut. This strut is sold individually. QA1 caster camber plates are required and sold separately, using CC110 for 1979-1989 and CC112 for 1990-1993. Coilover conversion is available as kit COK113. It is made in Lakeville, Minnesota.
