The Derale 14201 is a standard-depth transmission cooling pan for the GM TH400. It is stamped from heavy-gauge steel and finished in a two-stage black heat-dissipating coating. Patented turbulator cooling tubes run through the lower section of the pan, routing air passing beneath the vehicle through the fluid to lower transmission oil temperatures by up to 50 degrees F. It also adds fluid capacity for cooler, more stable operation under load.
