    Does this gasket need to be re-torqued?

    No. The graphite rebounds against the sealing surfaces after installation, so it does not require re-tightening once the fasteners are set to spec.

    Will it seal a warped or pitted surface?

    Yes. The built-in 50% crush lets it fill gaps and surface imperfections up to 1/16 inch.

    How much heat can it take?

    The 100% graphite construction is rated for continuous exhaust temperatures up to 3,000 degrees F.
