The Derale 14200 is a direct-replacement transmission cooling pan for the GM TH350 automatic transmission. Air passing beneath the vehicle is redirected through brazed, turbulator-equipped airway tubes in the lower section of the pan, lowering transmission fluid temperature by up to 50 degrees F. It is built from heavy gauge stamped steel with a durable two-stage heat-dissipating black finish, adds about 2 quarts of fluid capacity, and uses the OEM filter with no filter extension required. Each pan is individually pressure tested for a leak-free seal and includes a neoprene gasket, a stronger magnetic drain plug with a reusable rubber and steel washer, and a 1/8 inch NPT temperature sender bung and plug in the side of the pan.
