The CVF Racing BEAST serpentine conversion converts a Small Block Chevy (283, 302, 305, 350 and 400 CID) with a long water pump to an 8-rib serpentine accessory drive for an A/C, power steering & alternator setup. A Sanden Peanut style 7B10 A/C compressor mounts on the passenger side. A Saginaw P series power steering pump mounts low on the driver side. The alternator mounts on the passenger side together with the A/C compressor.
CVF uses an 8-rib pulley profile instead of the common 6-rib design to give the belt more grip and reduce stretch and slip. Brackets and pulleys are supplied in a Stealth Black finish.
