These extra short valve covers are CNC machined in the USA from solid 6061-T6 aluminum to fit all Gen III and Gen IV Chevrolet LS engines with the factory LS valve cover bolt pattern. The internal oil baffling is machined in place as part of the cover, so there are no baffle screws to loosen over time.
Each kit includes molded valve cover gaskets and stainless steel self-sealing socket head cap screws with captive Viton O-rings, so separate bolt grommets or washers are not needed. Each cover has dual -12 ORB ports with adapter fittings for crankcase ventilation, breathers or catch cans. The finish and the -10AN or -12AN fitting size are selected when ordering.
