The CSF 8402 is an S58 No Limit billet air-to-air competition intake manifold for the BMW G8X M2, M3, and M4 and the F97 X3 M and F98 X4 M with the S58 inline-six. It is fully CNC-machined from solid 6061 billet aluminum by Custom Plenum Creations in Australia. Unlike drop-in charge coolers, it removes the charge cooler from the manifold entirely, which resolves the core-size limit of drop-in options and lets a much larger intercooler core mount separately in the front end. It uses internal velocity stacks, O-ring-sealed surfaces rated to 100-plus psi, a flange for larger 77mm S55 throttle bodies, two integrated sensor pads, and a thermal-rejection spacer that cuts manifold temperature up to 15 percent. It is engineered for 1500-plus horsepower and has supported 7-second quarter-mile passes. This is a motorsport-only part and requires extensive modification to install.
