The Cold Case GMG544A-1 is the alternate-inlet version of the GMG544A, a direct-fit aluminum performance radiator for 1978-1988 GM G-body cars with an automatic transmission, built with a 1.25 inch (32mm) upper hose inlet instead of the standard 1.5 inch. It uses an oversize 2-row core with two 1.25 inch tubes and 16 corrugated fins per inch, 100 percent TIG-welded construction, and polished OE-style tanks, and has a 5/16 inch inverted flare transmission cooler fitting. It does not fit the Grand National, which uses a different radiator.
