Holley's HydraMat is a patent-pending fuel pickup that solves the fuel starvation common to traditional pickups in stock tanks and racing fuel cells. During hard cornering, acceleration, braking, inclines, or low fuel conditions, surface tension and fluid wicking let the HydraMat continue drawing fuel from any area still in contact with liquid and hold it in an internal reservoir, so exposed areas of the mat don't introduce air into the system. This 15" x 8" cross-shaped mat also functions as a 15-micron pre-filter and can be folded and compressed for installation through smaller fuel cell openings.

Fits flat-bottom rectangular fuel cells with minimum dimensions of 15" long by 8" wide, cross shape. For best performance, return fuel should discharge at least 1" above the mat, near the pickup. The female NPT thread does not require sealing paste or tape — using either could cause fuel pump failure. For in-tank fixed-stud mounting, Click Bond stud kits (available from aircraft supply retailers such as Aircraft Spruce) are recommended.
