Each diaphragm spring goes through ACT's four-stage heat-treating process for a consistent, light pedal. Steel-backed friction plates deliver a stable friction coefficient, strong heat capacity, and long clutch life, transferring torque uniformly into the sprung Mono-Drive hub to extend input shaft life and reduce driveline shock from torsional vibration. The kit ships complete with a CNC-machined, dynamically balanced flywheel, pressure plate cover, diaphragm spring, face, puck-style ceramic friction plates, sprung Mono-Drive hub assembly, floater, Monoloc collar, release bearing, alignment tool, and pilot bearing (if needed). Every Mod-Twin clutch is fully rebuildable, and most components can be ordered separately.
