Speed Engineering 1-7/8" Longtube Headers & Y-Pipe Full Kit for 2006–2009 Trailblazer SS (TBSS) applications.
This complete bolt-on system replaces the restrictive factory exhaust manifolds and mid-pipes with free-flowing 304 stainless longtubes and a 3" off-road Y-pipe that connects directly to the existing cat-back location. Designed for significant horsepower gains, improved throttle response, and a deep, aggressive exhaust tone.
Speed Engineering Trailblazer SS longtube headers are built from high-quality 304 stainless steel, mandrel bent, and TIG welded for maximum strength and durability. Each set is dyno-tested to ensure proven performance and precision fitment. Known for their unbeatable combination of quality, performance, and affordability, these headers are one of the best-fitting, most cost-effective options on the market for your TBSS.
⚠️ Note: Rear (downstream) O₂ sensors are not used. A check-engine light for catalyst efficiency will appear and must be disabled via PCM tuning.
