This Hellwig contact helper spring adds extra level load capacity to the 16-21 Ford F-250, giving better support and less sag under heavy loads. As the truck is loaded, the added Hellwig leaves contact the factory overload springs sooner to stiffen them and reduce sag, and in normal unloaded use ride quality stays the same. It mounts directly to the factory contact springs for an easy bolt-on install.
