Every diaphragm spring undergoes ACT's exclusive four-stage heat-treating process, and steel-backed friction plates with high-quality organic material deliver a stable friction coefficient, good heat capacity, and long clutch life. The friction plates transfer torque uniformly to a heat-treated chrome-moly Mono-Drive hub with one continuous spline, extending input shaft life while allowing quicker, trouble-free shifts. The kit includes a CNC-machined and dynamically balanced flywheel, pressure plate cover, diaphragm spring, face, organic friction plates, rigid Mono-Drive hub, floater, patented Monoloc collar, release bearing, alignment tool, and pilot bearing if needed.
