The AMP Research PowerStep is an automatic, electric-powered running board that extends the instant a door opens and retracts out of sight when the doors close, improving ground clearance, aerodynamics and appearance on Ford Super Duty trucks and the Excursion. Two pairs of LED lights illuminate the step and ground below, and the running boards are rated to hold up to 600 lbs. Note that the 2002-2003 model years are not covered by this part.
