The Texas Speed 100mm Mass Air Flow Sensor pairs a billet aluminum MAF housing with a new GM mass air flow sensor (GM 15865791) to give high-airflow LS combinations a larger metering diameter than the factory 78mm or 85mm MAF. Texas Speed builds the housing in the USA and the current version adds a screen for improved metering accuracy.
The package includes the billet housing, the GM sensor and the mounting bolts. Because the 100mm diameter changes the airflow reading, the factory PCM must be recalibrated for this sensor; it will not work with stock engine programming. Texas Speed does not recommend it for 1997 to 1998 vehicles with the first generation LS computer. Harness adapters are available separately for vehicles with an early 3-wire 78mm MAF (part 135-MAF-002) or a 5-wire 85mm MAF (part 75-108124).

FAQ
What is included with the Texas Speed 100mm MAF sensor?
The package includes the billet aluminum 100mm MAF housing with a metering screen, a new GM mass air flow sensor (GM 15865791) and the bolts to mount the sensor to the housing.
Does the Texas Speed 100mm MAF require tuning?
Yes. The 100mm housing changes the airflow reading, so the factory PCM must be recalibrated for this sensor. Texas Speed states it will not work with stock engine programming.
Will the 100mm MAF plug into my factory harness?
It uses the GM 15865791 sensor connector. Vehicles with an early 3-wire 78mm MAF harness need adapter 135-MAF-002, and vehicles with a 5-wire 85mm MAF harness need adapter 75-108124. Both adapters are sold separately.
Can I use this MAF on a 1997 or 1998 LS vehicle?
Texas Speed does not recommend the 100mm MAF for 1997 to 1998 vehicles equipped with the first generation LS computer.
What LS engines does the Texas Speed 100mm MAF sensor fit?
Texas Speed lists it for Gen III and Gen IV LS applications, including the 4.8L, 5.3L, 5.7L, 6.0L and 6.2L engines in the Camaro, Corvette, GTO, G8, CTS-V and GM trucks and SUVs shown in the vehicle list, with PCM recalibration.
Where is the Texas Speed 100mm MAF made?
Texas Speed states the 100mm MAF is 100 percent American made. The billet housing is machined in the USA and paired with a new genuine GM sensor.
