This Hellwig front sway bar is a bolt-on handling upgrade for the 11-25 Ford F-450 and F-550 Super Duty and the 20-24 F-600 Super Duty. It uses a larger 1-1/2in solid, heat-treated chromoly bar that ties the suspension together to cut body roll and add stability under load, while towing, and through corners. It fits the F-450 4WD dually pickup and the F-450/F-550 cab and chassis (2WD/4WD), plus the F-600 cab and chassis.
