    The Pertronix D160710 is a Flame-Thrower billet distributor for AMC and Jeep V8 engines, machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and fitted with factory-installed Ignitor II electronics that use a Hall Effect trigger with adaptive dwell. This version has both mechanical and vacuum advance and a black male-terminal HEI-style cap, and it installs plug and play in place of the original distributor.
