    The Tach Input Ignition Adapter is used only on applications running a CD ignition box, such as an MSD 6AL, when timing control isn't being used through the ECU.

    Specifications:

    • Ignition Type: CD ignition (no timing control)
    • Plugs into the connector labeled "IGNITION" on the main harness
    • Loose yellow/black lead connects to the "Tach Out" terminal of the ignition box

    Caution: never connect this wire directly to the ignition coil.
