Holley's HydraMat uses surface tension and fluid wicking to draw fuel from nearly any area of a tank or fuel cell, even during hard cornering, acceleration, braking, inclines, or low fuel conditions that would starve a traditional fuel pickup. As sections of the mat are uncovered, its pores seal off through surface tension, keeping fuel flowing from the areas still in contact with fuel.
