This is Brian Tooley Racing's V2 rocker arm trunnion upgrade kit for GM LS-series engines (LS1/LS3/99-13 LS truck-style rockers), sold as the axle assembly only (trunnion, inner race, bearings, clips, retainers, and washers) without rocker mounting bolts. The V2 trunnion features a pre-installed inner race pressed from 52100 heat-treated bearing steel (an upgrade over the 8620 carburized steel used in BTR's TK001 kits and many OEM applications) and a self-oiling axle that priority-feeds oil directly to the trunnion. It is intended to upgrade the trunnions in your existing rocker arms; rocker bolts must be sourced separately.

FAQ
What does this trunnion upgrade kit include?
It includes 16 trunnions, 32 inner races, 32 grip rings, 33 bearings, 32 retainers, and 2 assembly washers.
Are rocker arm bolts included with this kit?
No. TK002NB does not include rocker bolts; they must be purchased separately.
Is this a complete rocker arm or an upgrade for existing rocker arms?
This is a trunnion upgrade kit meant to be installed into your existing GM LS-series rocker arms, not a complete rocker arm assembly.
Is there a clearance issue with any factory valve covers?
Yes. BTR notes that the trunnion can contact the passenger-side valve cover baffle on early-style LS1/LS6 valve covers.
