The CSF 8300 is a high-performance Gen 1 B58 charge-air-cooler manifold in machined billet aluminum for a range of 2016-2021 BMW models with the B58 turbocharged 3.0L inline-6, including the 340i, 440i, 540i, 640i Gran Turismo, 740i, M240i, X3 M40i, and X4 M40i. It is a 100 percent TIG-welded billet aluminum manifold with a motorsports-grade air-to-water bar-and-plate core that has double the OEM capacity, with 12 cooling rows versus the OEM 6 and significantly reduced pressure drop. It replaces the OEM manifold and adds an integrated fuel rail for top-feed port injection (-8 AN), per-cylinder 1/8 NPT nitrous or methanol ports, a vacuum pad, breather ports, and an integrated air divider. It is a plug-and-play fit that requires no modifications and includes a KIYLEX thermal spacer and a full hardware kit. A thermal-dispersion black version is available as 8300B.
