    The TCI adapter flexplate mates Ford 4.6, 289, 302, 351W, 351C, 351M and 400M engines to GM transmissions. It is a neutral, internally balanced unit for internally balanced engine applications, is SFI 29.1 approved, and is forged from .140-inch A514 Blanchard-ground steel. It carries dual GM bolt patterns and works only in conjunction with TCI Ford-to-Chevy adapter kits. The flat design supports GM 7, 8, 9 and 10-inch competition converters and will not work with stock replacement converters, and it cannot be used as an OEM replacement.
