    This is the washer that seats under the mandrel end bolt (ALL31038) on Allstar's ALL31030 crank pulley mandrel drive, with a 1/2" ID and 1-1/2" OD sized to match that bolt. It spreads clamping load evenly across the end of the mandrel as the bolt is torqued down.

    It is sold individually as a replacement or spare for the ALL31031 crank mandrel kit and ALL31032 crank pulley mandrel, useful to have on hand when servicing the drive or swapping mandrel hardware.

    Compatibility

    This part is built specifically for the Allstar ALL31030 crank pulley mandrel drive system. It is not a universal fastener or washer and is not intended for use outside that mandrel assembly. It supports 3, 4, and 5-stage dry sump pump drives, either alone or paired with a belt-driven fuel pump. The ALL31030 crank pulley is sold separately.

    Does this fit any crank pulley, or just the Allstar ALL31030?

    It is built specifically for the Allstar ALL31030 crank pulley mandrel drive. It is not designed as a universal fit for other pulleys.

    Why use a mandrel instead of bolting the pulley straight to the crank?

    The mandrel isolates the pulley-driven accessories from the crankshaft, which cuts down on engine harmonics that can loosen or break the mandrel bolt over time.

    Is the ALL31030 crank pulley included?

    No, the crank pulley is sold separately.
