This bolt-in access panel kit gives a clean, serviceable opening for reaching dry sump tank fittings, fuel cell fill plates, or other components mounted behind sheet metal. The 14in x 14in opening is sized by the door dimension, not the installed frame, so the finished cutout in the panel needs to run about 2" larger in each direction to seat the frame flush.
The frame, hinged door, quick-turn fastener, and fastener spring are all aluminum and finished in black anodize. The quarter-turn latch lets the door swing open for access and snap shut without tools once the frame is riveted or bolted into the body panel.
