When UMI set out to build its own spring line, the springs were designed in conjunction with a leading Sprint Cup chassis engineer. These front springs are wound from 5160 CrSi premium wire and feature a linear 600 lb/in rate. They are stiffer than stock for increased performance with reduced body roll and a lower center of gravity, and they suit Auto-x and Pro-Touring builds as well as corner carving and cruising. Ride height is engineered for a 2 inch drop with standard small block as well as LS power, and lightened cars may require spring trimming. The front springs also suit full weight big block applications when a 1/4 inch nose down rake is desired. They have a black powder coat finish, and UMI manufactures them in the USA. V6 Turbo Grand National models may require spring trimming due to lower engine weight.

Specifications:

Front lowering springs for a 2 inch
